Welcome Home! Masa Betar Graduates Received Their Olim Certificate!

Russian-speaking graduates who came to Israel as part of the Masa Betar program have received their Olim certificate.
They completed the program less than a month ago, and now they are stepping into the world with all the rights of new immigrants.
